From the moment we arrived at this incredible place, we were blown away. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the midst of beautiful orchards and vineyards, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The cottages themselves are like something out of a dream - beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail is impeccable, with every possible need catered for. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies every night. We loved having the option to cook our own meals, and the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed. We even enjoyed a delightful outdoor dining experience on the spacious patio, complete with a braai area. The added bonus of free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV kept us entertained. We also took advantage of the laundry facilities, which was very convenient. The area surrounding the cottages offers plenty of activities for outdoor enthusiasts, including hiking and cycling. There is even a golf course nearby for those who enjoy a round or two. The fact that cots were provided for families with young children was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the absence of pets and smoking on site made for a peaceful and clean environment. our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to come back and explore more of this stunning location in the future. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect for our family getaway - surrounded by a beautiful golf course, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The cottages were well-equipped and comfortable, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. We loved spending time outside, taking in the panoramic mountain views and enjoying the sunset. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Plus, the kids loved being able to surf the web and stay connected throughout our vacation.

For dads, it would be great to have a small playground or play area for the children.

the farm cottages were a hidden gem, surpassing my previous stay in Montagu. The peacefulness and stunning views made it pure bliss. The hosts, Elsje and Anton, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Limited parking options on a steep hill can be slightly challenging.

The rooms at Bon Accord Farm Cottages were absolutely lovely. They were cozy and well-appointed, with a covered verandah that had BBQ facilities and offered stunning views of the valley. The living area was spacious and inviting, and the indoor fireplace added a warm and cozy touch. Plus, having a fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for us as we love cooking our meals. the rooms were just perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Personally, I found that the presence of an iron/ironing board and fans in the rooms was a bit unnecessary. However, I understand that some people might find these amenities useful, so it's just my subjective opinion.

the view from our cottage was absolutely breathtaking - a panoramic display of mountains and lush fruit farms. the peace and tranquility of the surroundings were exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed a morning jog around the farm and even spent a relaxing day at the warm pool. the cottage itself was spacious and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations. We were warmly welcomed by the host and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return to this amazing place. Cons: Couldn't fault a thing! 😊.
